Warranty

Utah Is Rad is nearly all built by local hands… local artists, local screen printers, local shippers, local web designers, local suppliers and local adventurists. Our products are fully warrantied to the original owner with proof of purchase (receipt).  The Warranty is specific to defects in material and workmanship for 90 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, (but duh) this warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, negligence or improper care like using a mesh trucker hat as a coffee filter.

If you purchased your product from Utah Is Rad directly via our website or at an event, please fill out the warranty request form below and provide your order ID number (found ____).  Utah Is Rad may require the defective gear to be sent back for a warranty evaluation.

If you purchased your gear from one of our retail partners and believe your purchase has a defect in craftsmanship... please refer to your receipt and contact that retailer. This is the quickest and easiest way to get a refund, credit, or replacement when you purchased from a retailer.
