This one-of-a-kind map costs only $12.95. All profits from the sale of the map are donated to organizations that promote avalanche safety or the preservation of the Wasatch mountains.
The Wasatch Backcountry Skiing Map is a full-color paper map that includes the names of almost 1,000 backcountry locations in the central Wasatch. This new edition also adds red shading to slopes that are 30° or steeper. The map is 24x36 inches, double-sided, and printed on waterproof paper.
The map includes a detailed index to the backcountry locations and "grid coordinates" that are listed in the index to help find a location on the map. A four-digit "online number" is listed in the index to display more area details found on WasatchBackcountrySkiing.com.
This also looks great on an office wall, a sure distraction from your TPS reports and office birthday parties. Stare at it often for 30 minutes at a time and you will be mentally transported to your favorite pow stash and spend the rest of the day smiling.
